Star Dangle Clear CZ Internally Threaded Stainless Steel Labret

This internally threaded labret has a dangling, star design that is filled with clear cz gems, including a centered, beaded, 4mm clear cz gems. It is attached to an internally threaded, prong set, clear cz gem. The flat back on the end measures at 4mm and the dangling design measures about 10mm x 10mm.
