Made with durable ASTM F-136 titanium milled in Japan, this threadless top piece has a 6mm marquise blue topaz cz gem connected to a dangling, 2mm, round blue topaz gem. Full design measures at 11.2mm x 2.5mm. This top has a threadless design and fits most threadless posts. Sold individually (top only).
