Fun, threadless top piece that has triple hexagon design, two being cut outs. Fits all threadless posts. Made from 14kt nickel-free white gold with a 316L stainless steel pin. Pin size is 25G. Length is approximately 6mm. Top size is about 7.4mm x 4mm. Sold individually (top only).
