Titanium nose screw with a 2mm spike on top. Made from ASTM F-136 titanium. These nose screws are a cool way to keep your nose ring secure and in place. These are sold individually in a 20G and an 18G size. Diameter is 1/4" (6mm). Titanium is a great option for anyone with metal sensitives!
